The Dipping Powder Base Coat No. 2 is applied to the prepared natural nail plate to absorb the dipping powder. It dries in seconds in the air and is the ideal base for dipping nail modeling. The liquid is incredibly easy to apply to the nail with the integrated brush.

Base Coat No. 2 is applied after Primer No. 1. It should be applied as neatly, precisely, and quickly as possible. The acrylic powder adheres to this adhesive wherever it is applied upon dipping. Therefore, it is important to work cleanly and quickly, as it dries rapidly. Apply a thin, even layer, return the brush to the bottle, and immediately dip your finger briefly into the powder.
